2023 CAREER INDIVIDUAL EMS PROVIDER
Luke Winkelman
Luke is a dedicated advocate for EMS and progressive
patient care. His knowledge, leadership, and dedication are
undeniable. He has been an outstanding educator teaching all
levels in the EMS spectrum. Luke is a master at his craft and is
respected by EMS services, instructors, colleagues and his
friends. Without a doubt his skills and talent has been one of
the driving forces of our overall success!
His credentials are flattering not only because of what he
has done, but how he practices. Starting in 2004 as an EMT, then
in 2011 he obtained his paramedic specialist and then went on to
get his medico-legal death investigator, certified ambulance
coder, serve on the Iowa Central EMS Emergency Advisory, and the
list goes on.
